Regional differences
Is there any way at all to know if I can gift friends some games? I'm from the Philippines and most of them are from other countries, so all of the games I've tried to gift so far I wasn't able to buy because of "regional differences." Are there even games at all that I can buy for people outside of my country to begin with?

If the price difference between the 2 regions is more than 10% after currency conversion, you can not gift it. The original regional restrictions still apply, if the game has them.
