Or the recent screenshots will be at the top if the activity on the games library page.
Or in each library page, below the achievement section on the right side, down a bit.
Did you read my entire post or did you skim over it.
Read it ALL again.
I think i write direct to steam if the problem is still there tomorrow.
Thanks for your help!
I see the screenshots in the library now, like you said, and I can manually upload them now. Had to restart steam a couple of times for it, but now it works. Thanks :-)
Do you have the overlay toggled on for your games?
Are you looking in the correct directory for them? They're saved in /steam / userdata / yournumber / 760 / remote / game ID number folders <-- regardless of where else they may be sent.
Some individual games might also save copies elsewhere on your drive. If you find out which games you KNOW you have taken screenshots in (the overlay is on, a screenshot sound and popup has been seen) go look for the game's ID number on steam (google or just click through your userdata folders) and then do a search on your hard drive for that ID number. If a photo has been taken, it should show up in a search of your drives.
No, the numbers are there for the Steam client to use the folders properly.
What I do is just write them down on a notepaper, lol I have so many and so many screenshots it's actually worth the time to figure out each one and note it down.
Actually let me amend that: when you find the screenshots, you can always MOVE them out of that folder into a properly-named folder elsewhere on your hard drive. It'll make a new folder if you take new screenshots, but I just copy and paste or move them out every once in a while to save space if nothing else.
I tried all these techniques. But still, I cannot find them although I'm sure that I took the screenshots. I have suspicions about the platform that I played my game(cyberpunk77). I played it with Nvidia GeForce Now. But when I took the screenshots, I heard its sound and it occurred as a little picture on the right side of the screen. Is there anything else that I can try to find them?
Edit: I tried to take ss from my own pc and geforce now. The ss that I took from my own pc is appearing in library. But from geforce now is not appearing in my library. Is there anyone can help me with that?
