Can't open Store Page :: Help and Tips

Can't open Store Page

If i try to open the store page in the client, it's just a black screen. if I try to open it in my browser, I get

store.steampowered.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

This only affects me where I'm logged in, if I try an incognito tab it opens right away.

I deleted cookies, history, cache and all this stuff in the browser and it worked fine now. Client is still having a black screen.

Ok, in the client it worked after switching several times between "Library" and "Store". I think the steam servers are overloaded :-)

It was just a cookie / cache issue initially for me on the client.

Did you re-start Steam?

Are you opted into the beta?

I can access it from the client, but I'm getting the 500 error from Chrome.

For me, it seems it was being caused by Augmented Steam. When I turned it off, the store page worked, and now it works again.

Quite a few beta users had the issue after last night's update.

If anyone is opted into the beta, opt out.

Interesting, deleting the cookies as said there, it works once, then again black, then again delete cookies, then it works again, and this loop forever XD

Maybe I will opt out of the beta, let's see :-)

This is happening to me, I'm not in any beta, I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, cleared cookies, cache etc.

I get HTTP ERROR 500 in the browsers and a black screen on the client, sometimes it loads the Autumn sale artwork just like the post above but that's all, the only way to load the store is to pray and reload ten times until it works for a while, but it will come back to the HTTP ERROR 500 or black screen. This problem started yesterday when the sale started.

Also the community and everything else besides the store works flawlessly.
