very few notebooks can have the gpu upgraded

if they are upgradable, you will need to post the brand and model number of the laptop and what gpu it has

It doesn't even have a videocard. It has an integrated videochip. And no, those can not be upgraded either.
That thing is a piece of junk. It was the day it was released. The AMD APUs, well the non-Ryzen ones, were a massive mistake by AMD. Even more than the AMD FX Bulldozer and Piledriver architectzre.
