So, I didn't solve the problem, I just came to a conclusion, I was able to get another friend's REMOTE from him and mine and I realized his hardware was better (i5 and gtx 1060 Processor) and the others who couldn't get mine had weaker hardware (i3 without video card) but i could get into theirs. I searched and found nowhere minimum or maximum hardware specification to run REMOTE. Finishing up or not works on a weak PC or possibly there is some unknown configuration to make REMOTE work...

Unable to either connect, or host the remote play is either due to port issue which need to port forward, 3rd party firewall, or using router as firewall, may be blocking certain protocols that are needed.

Also noted stable internet connection is required, speed of the service only matters to a certain point, but stability matters most, which if unstable can result in, lost of connection, video buffering, or when as host cause freezing to guess, them unable to connect to you, or video feed buffering often, or lost of connection.

In your case since you said you can get in theirs but not yours suggest issue on your end.
