Coupon from Badge Crafting, No Game?

so I was given a coupon for a game that doesn't exist or was removed from steam for whatever reason, after crafting 5 badges for one game I got 5 coupons, this is the only coupon that doesn't work and appears in my inventory as any other coupon just where the expiration date would be states (no longer valid)

Traded, listed an item on the Market...

I actually just cleaned my pc and re-opened steam, I crafted the badges earlier today so it was not long ago, the other coupons are set to expire on December 2

What happens to my coupons when they expire?
Expired coupons will be automatically removed from your inventory.

in the help menu for coupons they'd expire on their own but I guess this is the exception if the game was removed from steam

They usually go away when the above conditions are met to update the inventory.

not sure what you want me to do with that location, all the buttons lead to in depth information but nothing directly linked to coupons, even checking for items or inventory just leads straight to 3 major games which isn't a part of an issue I'm trying to understand, unless you're trying to direct me to make a support ticket for additional help

just waiting for a reply but I think I found the game, it was removed from Steam, there is no store page on it given from their hub page, every hub has a store page button, this game does not, so I was given a coupon for a game no longer purchasable on Steam...
