Nintendo switch pro controller disconnecting?

Hey all, thought you could help me out here. I bought a pair of 3rd party Nintendo switch pro controllers (both wired both Nintendo licensed) they work perfectly for me and my brother, but here's the thing, whenever my sister uses them, they don't work. Doesn't matter where she plugs them in from, which controller. Nothing works. It will start up, detect it, work for a bit, then disconnect, reconnect after a few minutes, then repeat. It's totally random when it'll come and go. It's fine for me. Everything is set up the same. Her computer is a little older. That's the only real difference...

Any ideas to fix it?
