Big picture swap method
Has anybody an ideea why switching accounts with big picture mode method doesn't work for me anymore ? I've been using it for quite a while but now I have to enter my password everytime I log out from an account.
Does this method still work for some of you ??
An answer will be appreciated.

how do you mean removed ? I don't think it was an "official" feature whatsoever. Did you used it and it doesn't work anymore for you aswell ?

The switch user "without entering in any details" stopped working a week or so ago. There were some threads about it.

Switching a user should still work as long as you enter in the account details every time.

They seem to have removed that feature. Now you can still save the account, just have to enter password everytime (annoying af). I noticed it about a week ago, may have been implemented a lilttle sooner, not sure.

I hope it was unintended and they change it back soon.

I'm afraid that that method was actually unintended and someone discovered it by mistake. Now that they updated steam, they "fixed" that method because, let's be honest it was actually a security problem. So I don't think they will ever bring it back :( but I wish there is another method to swap accounts without password.

I don't think it was a mistake to be able to swap out, it has been like that since BP came out.

The least they could do is make it where you don't have to enter steamguard code every login...super annoying if you're like me with mulitple users.
