logging out from mobile app if phone stolen ?

if the phone that i have the mobile guard on it get stolen how can i make my account logout as fast as possible ? i belive the only thing i still have is the email at that moment

Don't need to log out. Just keep your phone locked so the third won't be able to use it.
Otherwise, reauthorizing all other devices (which would include your phone) is enough.

well if it gets stolen at a moment that i'm using it he dosent need to unlock anything , an how to reauthorizing all other devices?

How does it get stolen the moment you're using it? Don't you have your eyes & hands on the phone at this very moment?

Often see people taking selfies, messaging, browsing and not paying attention to those around them. Witnessed a few phones being stolen, one dropped, out of their owners hands. Only once in 2019 but the year only just started.

OP You could consider looking it apps that allow you to lock access to any app you want. That way even if you don't lock your phone you or a theif would still need to unlock specific apps.

bro u know that ♥♥♥♥ happens specially if ppl around u know u have very expensive items in ur steam im just trying to know how to logout if the worst happens coz then i just have the email and i cant login unless i use the mobile guard code

You can log in because theres an account recovery process which gets shoved in your face when you don't have the code.

Emphasis mine, I've seen too many people unable to help themselves in any way, expecting to be spoonfed everything despite the recovery options being literally next to the "Proceed as usual"-option, hence the emphasis that its totally there.
