Steam is blocking my In-Game Voice?
So i'm having difficulty with Steam games not picking up my microphone. Currently playing Atlas, the push-to-talk indication that my mic is being pressed shows up, but nothing goes through. Went into Steam settings for "In-game Voice" to see if I could test and change microphone settings there. Well, it won't let me choose "Change Device," it is unclickable. Also using "Test Microphone" shows that it too, is picking up nothing. I would greatly appreciate any help in this. I do have my mic set to not allow programs to have exclusive use of it.

This effects every game I play through Steam.

yeah i was mostly asking because the new client moved the voice settings around so if you were using the old client its possible that you'd be adjusting the wrong thing.

Already did that, I use my mic normally on things outside of Steam, works fine in Teamspeak/Discord.
