I bought a game that had major graphical problems and constatly crashed. I spent a good amount of time trying to fix it, well past the 2 hour mark. Is there any chance i could be refunded the money? It annoys me that i now have wasted time and 18 pounds.

It's not impossible. But it was really your choice to fight with the game for several hours and put yourself out of the refund window. I would expect it to be denied, and you'll have plenty of time to sort the game's issues out.

I am curious, what game?
