hello if I add 5$ to my steam wallet and unlock full steam posibilites, will my pubg and kf2 skins become tradable/marketable? because it says it is untradable/unmarketable while my friend has same skins and he can sell / trade them :)

Not all items are marketable but the ones that are will be if you unlimit your account.

Hm, might be something else beside the account restrictions. I do not have experience with items for these games, but if they are showing as non-marketable (while those for your other games do not), this might be a different thing.
Maybe you should ask in the game forum.

Consider there is a difference in the time you then your friend provided Steam with adequate funds to be able to use and trade on the market. I am not certain whar currency Iraq uses but you need to be sure it is equivalant to 5 US dollars.

Tradable and non-tradeable could also often vary.
