Can I permenantly remove a game and repurchase for a different account?

Just curious how permanently removing a game works, I own a game called Killing floor 2, that has a level up reward/prestige system that gives reward chest, unfortunately hitting the max level on every single character in the game, I did not get the reward I was hoping for, so I got to thinking, would it be possible to completely get rid of the game off the account, and purchase it again for a brand new account?

(I'm going to assume not because of all of the steam inventory that this isn't possible, but figured I'd ask incase anyone has attempted this on KF2 or another game)

Why remove the game? Just make a new account and buy a new copy if you want a fresh start,

You can permanently removed a game from your account but it's more like an advancced hide feature.

You don't need to remove the game to buy it on a brand new account.

Even when you permanetly removed a game. It's technically still there and can be reactivated by contacting support. The License key is permanently linked to your account. So if you deleted the game and repurchased it you'd still have the same code. So don't do that as you'd waste money when you could just contact Steam to reactivate it.

Whether you delete the game or not. You are free to create as many accounts as you want. And you can purchase games for any accounts you own.

I don't want to juggle multiple "Steam" accounts just to play the game. I'd gladly drop the extra cash for the convenience of not having to juggle the steam phone security everytime I want to play this game, or all of my other games.

So, Yes thats possible. But that would mean juggling accounts. Yet you just said you don't want to do that. So you entire question is confusing and even with a acknowledgement it is possible you don't want to do it.

EDIT: I suspect you mean something more like. Can you Delete the game on that account. Rebuy the game on the same account in order to allow you to start the game from the begining. Without needing to switch accounts.

If that's the case then the answer is No. See post #3 as to why.

I was refering to steam account in that comment, not the game's account that's bound to that steam account. I don't want the linked account that's tied to that steam account anymore, but didn't want to have to make a fresh new steam account to get a new "KF2" account.
