Steam connected but all friend offline and store black screen
everything connect normal, but when i try to click on friends tab nothing happens and the friends that i have appears to be offline (all of them). Clicking on store, community or profile it keeps loading forever with a black screen on it, no errors only this loop forever, since yesterday this is happening to me. Already contacted the steam support and nothing.

Steam is quite slow from all the traffic its getting during the sales, when it says offline you most likely aren't able to connect to steam , give it some time and steam will calm down again

Help

3 days with this problem... already crying on bathroom
Reboot your router. Fix your ip. Steam is super tight about Ip's lately. I run my vpn and then steam starts giving me strife. SOOOO, reboot everything. Reset all your IP's. Boot useless users of your network in the router page on your browser. If using a wireless connection an excess of users can cause older routers to just randomly boot users off with no priority.

If you have a vpn turn it off...sorry...steam doesnt play nice.

Hello,i fixed the problem, give yourself a try:
