(FIX) Steam Store Full Screen Video Clipping / Cut Off

I spent around 6 months looking for a solution to why my computer clipped the bottom right corner of videos off the screen while in full-screen mode on game store pages.
Big picture mode was fine.

Yesterday I found the solution, and wanted to share with anyone who has been having this same problem.

I'm using Windows 10, on a 2560 x 1440 display.
Under display settings, the computer recommends Scale and Layout to be at 150%. Due to the size of the laptop monitor, I happily obliged to 125%.
That scaling caused the clipping. Returning the scale to 100% removes the clipping from videos that happens in steam, and other applications. Also, applications run smoother. (Go figure)

Yeah, automatic high DPI scaling can be nuisance at times. This problem might go away when Valve finally ditches 32bit support. I typically set my compatibility settings for Steam to disable it. It universally will do it for any game launched from Steam so on occasion I do have to change it back if any game I play is 64bit.

TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE:

1. Go to PC (C:) - Program Files (x86)
2. Find "Steam"- Open File
3. Find Steam "application" (.exe)
4. Right click, Properties, Compatibility, Change High DPI Settings
5. Under "Change High DPI Settings" Have the bottom box checked "Override High DPI scaling Behavior.
6. If Need Be: Change form "application" To "System".

A bit late to the party but still having trouble after trying all these solutions. Any other known fixes? ( this is for running a actual game )

Have you tried setting the games exe file DPI settings?
Not currently at a computer. But you can set individual applications DPI and compatibility.
Also. Some of those more janky games might have f controls that may switch between resolution. Like F2 or F5.
