AUTO DECLINE AND CANCEL TRADE OFFER

I can send trade offer to other but it will auto cancel and if someone send me a steam offer it will auto decline the trade

I send the trade offer but there's nothing on confirmation and it will auto cancel the trade

Is there something to revoke in that window?

Try a trade offer after doing these steps:

Scan for malware,
change password,
deauthorize other devices, create new backup codes (in steam guard settings).

And check the api window again that nothing is there.

Auto cancels still happen?
