Will Global CD Keys work if the game isn't available in my region's store?

Final Fantasy XV isn't available in my store, if I buy it from an outside retailer and it's a "Global steam key" will the key work?

Depends. If the game is just not released in your region for whatever reason it usually is no problem to activate keys from other regions. ( as long as those keys are not region locked).
BUT, if the game is explicitly banned from your region its most likely geo locked which means activating a key will not work.

So i would recommend trying to find out what is the case in your country.

Don't put too much stock into what random retailers call a key. If it doesn't work they'll just point to their no refunds policy and keep the money.
