so i was buying 5 games for 25 euros i think something like this i knew i had money somewere around 30 euros okey but this pending thing and transaction thing okey i tried like 4 times and now if i was trying there was like you don,t have money or something like this so i was like i got scammed by steam ? so i chekked my bank there was no money only 0,92 eur so i was rip i sent the message to the steam but january 3 winter sale is ending so Help me!

Wait for it to complete and don't try to spam purchases.

i think so i look at my bank and -30 euros was taken out like few days ago i buyed wolfenstein 2 and youtubers life but my steam money came thru but bank money not i guess ?

Calm down. Like every other sale, steam has had some systems fail. I was trying to buy DLC for 5 hours last night. Just got up after a nice sleep, and wow, the DLC is now in my account. Give it some time and if it fails, steam will fix the issue if you file a support ticket

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.
