How do I remove the "HDMI" text on my TV?

So I've just bought a ps4 and it's turning out great! However, My Panasonic TV keeps showing me the "HDMI" text on the top left of the screen. Is there any way to remove it?

Sometimes changing the volume gets rid of it
There is probably an option somewhere in the on screen menu that you'll find with enough digging

Just tried but to no avail :/ But now I've an even worse problem, it seems that the graphics on my ps4 are pixelated?

or a diffrent input to test?

Tried both input D: I only have one screen

Ir is OSD related, On-Screen Display. The TV remote should have a menu button which is accessible to the relevant options.
