For refereall of course.I dont understand why harassment honestly.I dont think if i add random people, who writing in the forum and want buyng a game, is considerated harassment come on :) can simple remove/decline the people or block.
Edit: Hi again reboot.I remember you :D happy new year :)
If you only add people to share your referral code/link, that is called harassment.
Referreal program work i invite than on friendlist on uplay, for example, and dont click any links. Is enough that :)
Edit: Sorry for my not perfect english i hope you understand too.
And why the games have this programs for invites? Is enough to stay on the friendlist.Nothing more.I dont understand how invite friends if i cant add them.
The refereals is forbidden to ask on the forum but dont says nothing abouts the friends list.
The division for example but not is only that have same program.
You're also supposed to invite your friends from the Ubisoft friend list. So yes, adding random people as "friends" on Steam so you can get your rewards on a different platform is harrassment.

But i can find the people on steam for who play on the division.I dont write on ubisoft forum. In any cases i see some people who added them without get banned for harassment and get a reward.
I think is exageratted to people to report for harassment for these things :) in any cases thx for reply.
Yes is that :)
