xlive.dll and ordinal 43 *FIX*
It took me about an hour of searching to figure this out. Simply downloading the dll won't do anything. Games requiring xlive.dll or saying there is an "ordinal 43" error of some kind are referring to "Games for Windows - LIVE!" files that are not included with the game itself.

This file was previously used in Windows to incorporate xbox gaming through windows.

Simply follow this URL (copy and paste):steamhappy:: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/games-for-windows-live-info

Download and run the file. You do not need to open the client, simply close the installer and run your game as usual.
