Issues with Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
I got a switch pro conrtoller and have been trying it out on my mac. I have this weird drifting issue with the right analog stick, which is set to control the mouse. Below are my observations:

1. The controller works perfectly fine when connected via the wired connection
2. When I connect wirelessly, the right analog stick works fine until I click any button on my controller. After I click a button, the drifting starts. The drift direction is down and to the left (southwest).
3. If I change the dead zone size in the Big Picture controller calibration to about 50% of the bar, the drifting stops, but I am now left with a large dead zone.

It seems weird to me that the controller works fine when plugged into the wired connection and the drifting only occurs when the controller is connected wirelessly AND after I click a button.

Has anyone seen anything like this or have any ideas on how to fix this?

I found that if I plug the controller into my switch and use it a bit, everything works fine on my computer afterwards. No idea why, but thats been working for me.

Unfortunately, I don't have a switch console but only the switch pro controller. Does anybody know if Steam has any plans of further developing better drivers to be able to use the switch pro controller with steam in osx?
