The videocard is barely on par with a Geforce 8800GTS, which means it's way too weak for all the games you've listed.
Videocard can not be upgraded. You need a new computer if you want to play such demanding games.
Take a look as Asus, MSI or Acer if it must be a laptop, but i recommend a desktop PC since they are more powerful and cheaper. Not to mention that they can be upgraded making them even cheaper in the long run as you can reuse parts.
If you need assistance setting up the parts for a computer, you should make a thread in the Hardware and Operating Systems section and list your location, budget and what you are aiming to play now and in the foreseeable future.

Not really. 1050 Ti is a solid entry level card, but to get 60fps 1080p even now you'll have to drop settings. You should be looking for at least a mobile 1060/1070
