Refund conditions.

Is it possible for me to get a refund for a game that i bought yesterday and played for exactly 119 minutes?
I actually played for 91 minuts and quit but the game didn't quit properly and it counted as if i played and i realised it when the time hit 119 minuts.
I want to refund it because it does not run properly after i reached a certain point.

As long as the runtime is less than 120 minutes or two hours and it was purchases less than 14 days ago, you are guaranteed a refund.

ty i hope i will get it i am only scared that on my profile it says 2 hours because it approximates but in my library it says 119 minutes

Don't worry, numbers are rounded all the time, the exact time is what matters.
