Does Steam support NeoSurf?

Hello, I am just wondering if you can add funds using Neosurf. Apparently it's just the same as Paysafecard (or so I have been told), and I'm wondering if that's true.

if it's the same as paysafecard then try using that option? otherwise the best way to add funds is directly from bank/debit/credit card/paypal, or steam card itself.
