It says open in my inventory and does not have any listing what is it?

Yeah, I got Trove - Blade of the Celestial Empress. I attempted to open and it directed to attempt again later. Now it's no longer listed in my inventory. Nothing else looks different.

edit: Nope, still listed in my inventory.

It says it will be connected to your account and no return
