PLEASE HELP (LOGITECH G PRO GAMING HEADSET)

So i just got my new headset (logitech g pro wired) and my audio works perfect but my mic doesnt? when i go to listen back to the mic all i hear is a fuzz noise, ive uninstalled and reinstalled my audio drivers and watched loads of videos and nothings working... does anyone know how to fix it please?!?!?!?

headphones set as communication device in sound control panel? and under recording tab you've got the heaphones set as default.

It's not something silly like the wrong sound port on the back of the motherboard.
If using onboard sound, try opening the sound software, (my motherboard uses realtek) In the audio manager, make sure you've got the analog sound set to green and pink (mic)
