I tried to purchase Wallpaper Engine, but it says I already owned it, even though I don't. Tried to check my library. but still isn't there

Wallpaper Engine is on the software tab. Is it there?

Yes, but it says the purchase is being processed. And it have been like that for 10 minutes

it seems more people have issues with the steam store right now, so give it a few hours before it might be purchased. If the money is already from your bank don't cancel the payment process!
