"Move install folder" stuck

Since I have 13gb left in my main drive and way more storage in my secondary drive, I decided to move my CS:GO game file to my secondary drive, but everytime I click "move install folder" it seems to not make any progress at all. My secondary drive has been very glitchy ever since it has been added to my pc, I haven't been able to install games in it directly so when I found out about this "move install folder" feature I thought it was gonna fix my problem not being able to install anything on my secondary drive, same problem with my third drive.

I would try to install the chipset drivers from your motherboard , find your model go to the manufacture website and dl it. This controls everything on your mobo.
