Xenoverse 2 mods installer error

Am having a problem with the xv2 installer. am trying to install xenoverse 2 mods but i keep getting this error: class std::basic_string<char,struct std::char_traits<char>,class std::allocator<char> > _cded DlcToString(int): Unknown dlc 512 and when I clicked ok because I didnt understand ♥♥♥♥ I got this: Failed on char "TM0" and then clicked ok again and got this: InitCharaList Failed. For the record I have reinstalled the game twice verified files thrice have the latest xv2 patches and installer and looked on steam forms and reddit threads but no luck some users suggested installing java to fix this error but when I did nothing happend. this error only happens when I have the patcher and installer in my Xenoverse 2 directory when I remove them the game is fine and no errors occur, I also am not sure if I have the Data character folder in my directory as well and if I need it how do I get it? If someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
