Accessing Steam Cloud saves?

Just a quick question: Where can I access and manage whatever I have on the Steam Cloud aside from my screenshots and artwork? I ask this because for a few of my games I am being asked whether I want to upload the saves I've got on my PC or download the saves I've got on the Steam Cloud. This happens whenever I exit some games because I am in the habit of deleting saved game files on my PC when I have too many and if they are stored on the Steam Cloud the only way I can do this is while the game in question is still running. I would rather not have to keep telling Steam that I don't need any deleted saved game files restored. Plus I would like to manage and minimize any allotted Cloud space Steam reserves for my account. Anyone know how I can do this?

Right click the game in your library, choose Properties and in the General tab, turn off steam Cloud.

People can often not find it, but it does exist. People will have to navigate through this menu:

It can be accessed from the interface.

i know this is quite late.
but steam handles cloud saves differently then playstation (not sure how microsoft handles them) there is cloud save storage is seperate from account cloud storage.
just per game storage. generally steam will be set to allow you to fully populate your save slots or be configured for more then enough storage for most players (in games with a unlimited number of save slots).
games like terreria where a world can easily reach 100 MB or more isnt a issue (unless your upload speed is slow like mine)
also screenshots you upload do not count to your clowd storage as thats a seperate type of storage.

when i played on PS4 i def had to worry about cloud stoage for my saves, but sence i moved to steam is hasnt been a twinkle in my mind sence i looked into it.

sorry for bringing up an old thread, but can i add to game files without download the game somehow? i dont have the space for a game but i want to be able to mod my game even using a cloud gaming service. can i put my mods in the cloud save of the files, so when it loads on the cloud gaming service. it loads with the mods?

Godsend.

Thanks for this, almost lost a ton of progress in a game by accidentally overwriting an earlier save. Luckily I downloaded that save file from the remote storage before it could get synced.
