As for the wishlist, you are able to search games by their tags.
Neither of those options supports searching by user-defined tags. :|
if you search for a common tag games on it are tagged for , it will show only those , im fairly sure

like you can see i wrote "RPG" in the search bar and it highlights those that are tagged to be rpgs

But it's currently a bug, tags aren't shown in wish list, that's probably why tag filter isn't working. Tested with wishlist shown with expended information, Steam client and Browser, no tags.

The bug is here since more than one month, that said with steam client I use the beta new game library and even if not perfect, it's a huge improvement, it should stick be a priority.
