yes it is over 9 hours.
However...I can get in easy through the steam application, I even logged off and logged in through the steam application and it let me in...but when i type my login in the browser it gives that error.
This issue has been happening for 2 days, I've literally waited like 12 hours, and still won't let me in.
thats just proof you have network issue , ask any here still require network working into isp before you make more jump to new location through VPN.
every network technician can confirm that.
and you ISP could be the problem, ask them ( most VPN has higher service prioity then standard traffic and that why network could be seen as more stable. )
so whatever your ISP says or not could be a issue, i did not say they lie, call it throttle network or has congesstion doing covid19, to well not my problem.
other can confirm, not all ISP is UPFRONT with own issue. but either way gl with it.
VPN is not a solution you do make more jump to get on network, and a good point to tell problem is elsewhere, and that is all it say.
and that why i reply , so people learn or not from it.
