Steam Link and AVG

So, I had a problem where my steam link only recognised my laptop when I disabled AVG which I didn't want to do every time. After trial and error I have found the setting that allows your computer and steam link to see each other.

On AVG go to Menu > Settings > Components and scroll down to Enhanced Firewall and hit customise. In the default rules section set the drown down menu to "Ask". In the Preferences section check all 4 boxes.

You should now be able to find your computer in steam link.

Also if this still isn't working try going into your internet connection and make sure its on private and not public otherwise Steam won't like it.
