Can I use no copyright picture for steam
Hi I am about to change my name and also I will set a profile picture on steam but can I use no copyright picture on steam please reply me fast

No, you are not allowed to use copyrighted artwork. You need to use artwork you own.

Ye well, digging around steam seems to have a system to report copyright infringement, however, it's like an internet rule that doesn't apply for profile pictures. Half of the users should have been sued a lot ago for this.

I'm not asking for an explanation. I'm just pointing out for the sake of forum discussion that you're lying when you claim to 'own' the rights to the picture.
Keep thinking that as you steal other people's artwork. I haven't.
