Blue screen when i open steam.
Hi everyone! I just reinstall windows 8.1 on my laptop, i install drivers and league, after that i install steam to download cs go. I open steam and my laptop crash and a blue screen apear „Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. If you”d like to know more, you can searh ocline later for this error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (ATIKMDAG.SYS)”
here are my specs:
AMD A8-5550M.
AMD Radeon HD 8750M.
8 Gb ram.

Where did you get the driver from? ATIKMDAG.SYS would be part of the drivers

GPU driver issue. Wipe the drivers with DDU app while WIndows is in safe mode and then install the latest version from amd.com/drivers

Solved. I hardly put windows 7 works smoth.
