Valve Complete Pack Bundle

Alright so, I bought the Valve complete pack bundle which specifically showed that it included "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Full Edition" and 18 other games. I got every game except for the CS:GO Full Edition. I got two emails from steam. One stating that the purchase for the 18 games was successful and the other that CS:GO Full Edition failed due to insufficient funds. You can check the deal here: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/232/Valve_Complete_Pack/ Why was i charged differently? Can i have a refund on those other games?

If you haven't played any of the games or the total playtime for ALL the games is less than 2 hours (and the purchase is less than 14 days old), you can ask for a refund.

I have played 5 hours of the free version of counter strike global offensive. Am i still eligible for a refund?

Because csgo wasn't included in the pack I'd assume there shouldn't be any issues getting the refund.

Because you didn't look at the bundle page itself and what it said you would get upon checkout...
