A better alternate to Shadowplay ?
Been having a few issues with shadowplay that has been anoying such as 0 costomisable overlay options and most impotantly i do not have an option to disable overlay of my camera, it is very frustrating to play a game while my face covers 1/4 of the screen.
The only good thing about shadow play is its low GPU consumage.

Tried OBS and it was unplayable due to low fps..

For doing what? Streaming? Recording?
I'm pretty sure shadowplay lets you hide the camera in some ways...

Just recording.
And yea believe it or not its actualy not an option ... i searched the internet and it turnout that they remove the option in an update for absolutely no reason ... and they never opened out about it for more then a year now ..

Sure i'll try it out , all i want is to be able to toggle off the overlay of my camera and not using an absured amount of gpu.

Have you browsed the shadowplay settings? there are quit a few of them, you can disable lots of overlays like fps, recording indicators and all that stuff. I don't have a webcam but I assume you can hide that also.
You can disable the camera in shadowplay. You can hide the entire UI aswell. Its in the settings.

Open shadowplay in geforce exp, turn off the recording stuff, click the cog on the right, in there you will be able to disable the camera.

You dont get it..
I want the camera to be on but the overlay of the camera to be off.
I want it to be recording my face without being visible and covering 1/4 of my screen.

Then you're asking for two recording. You need two recording apps, or an app that allows to do two recording completely separated.

Then if shadowplay is not suited to what your looking for then perhaps you should choose another program like OBS, Xsplit or Stream Labs OBS. both the OBS programs are free. Xsplit is not. But all of them are realllllly good and have wayyyy more options and features then shadow play and those 3 are what most streamers and youtubers use for recording and streaming gameplay.

I agree but the only problem is the gpu consumage of these apps..
Shadowplay uses 15% while obs uses 30%

Depends on the settings you choose. Shadowplay does some fancy tricks with the gpu where as OBS does not and provides much higher quality content then shadowplay can depending on your settings. Besides you can choose for OBS to use your CPU instead of your GPU. You can also plug in a second GPU (not in SLI) and use that gpu as a dedicated encoder. OBS also has tons more features and functionality then many other recording programs and has the ability to use custom overlays and what not.

Stream Labs OBS AKA Slobs has Twitch built into it allowing you to have the chat and all the twitch widgets built in so its so much more simple then setting up OBS for streaming.

SLOBS is OBS just with some extra twitch funtionality built in. It litterly is OBS.

I´m just starting with Streaming/Recording and what do you know i found the same Problem you have, did you ever get a fix or something ?
My workaround is having OBS run minimized and everything in the background without the second monitor enabled and only watching over my Stream with my Smartphone Twitch App, but if i want to record native quality Video´s i cant use Shadowplay with the Webcam Overlay, it´s just too distracting when recording and constantly seeing your own face
