Steam Client WebHelper Crash Fix
I thought this might help those that are still having issues with Steam Client WebHelper Crashing after trying to update steam after windows start up or starting Steam.

After following all the suggestions on the previous thread with the same name as this one minus the" fix". I finally tried going to my steam folder selecting "bin folder" right clicked and deleted the "bin folder". Then restarted steam, problem finally fixed. After restarting Steam the bin folder re-appeared and reloaded the deleted files.

I even restarted my laptop to see if the problem re-occurred on start up as it normally does, It did not come back.

If you are worried about deleting a folder you could try renaming the folder as Bin Old then remove it from the Steam folder into another location on your computer or a flash drive. This might work. But deleting the bin folder worked for me.

I am running 64 bit Windows 8.1 steam on Beta mode "Should work Beta or no Beta Mode" I am not running steam as Administrator as this caused other issues. My steam folder is running in Program Files (x86) Folder.

Hope this helps.
