My review is not appearing on store page

Hey, I wrote a review for a game a couple hours ago. I realised it's not appeared in the 'recent review' section on the store page. I'm wondering if this lag is a common issue or what? Anyone else experienced it? My review is set to public and stuff, so looks good on my end.

I think its just steam being a very big lagging piece of ****. Sometimes when I write something on forums and try to publish it, steam just lags, and when I refresh, my message is deleted.
I guess, you will have to rewrite your review(

I've been googling for the past 5 minutes, and there's a long Steam discussion with replies from 2015 to as recent as this year, where people are saying this is an old bug and the way to get around it is to post a review consisting of a few words, and then editing it and pasting your actual review in.

WTF. Is this for real!? Guess I'll give it a shot...

No, the edit review to submit the review through has nothing to do with visibility. The bug made it so reviews wouldn't go through at all.

I'd just give it a while if I were you, no point in spamming the system either. I tried viewing the Store page using the [All Languages] filter (seeing your review isn't listed in English), but I didn't see it (or any of the November 25th's reviews) which leads me to believe that waiting is in place.

It's weird because when I posted the review, it appeared in my activity list, and someone rated it. But it was not on the store page or hub, etc. Anyway, I've deleted it now. Will post it again soon, but if it still doesn't appear I'll just give up, don't have time for such weirdness.

Steam has been very laggy for the past 2-3 years. I cant give certain examples (I forgot XD), but whenever you encounter some of them, it really irritates,

The review being visible on activity hub isn't weird at all. You don't have that bug, in fact I think it's been fixed long ago.

I don't see any November 25th's reviews when using the [All Languages, Most Recent] filters, which, again, would just have me wait it out were I the person waiting. On the other hand, I've never cared about review visibility anyway.

How weird, thanks for the confirmation. I checked the game store page on another browser and can see the review if I scroll down a bit. Guess it really must be a lag then.
