Excluded by Preference?
I was looking to buy The Witcher 3 but whenever I looked it up in the steam store search bar it didn't show up, it's also disappeared from my wishlist, but it does show up on the steam featured page, so I clicked it and clicked add to cart, but now when I go to check out a slim gray bar appears over it that states, "Excluded by Preference". I tried the fix where you go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/preferences/ and untick all the games you have ignored which I did (it wasn't even on the ignored list). I then went even further and unticked both blur options under community content preferences and still can't check out. I'd really love to get the game before the steam autumn sale ends, so if anyone knows a fix please comment it below.

You need to check the Mature content boxes in those preferences, specifically "nudity and sexual content" and "General Mature Content".

Clear cookies/cache, or try logging in/buying from a different device.

Alternatively, you can start a second steam account and buy the game as a gift for your main account so you don't miss the sale, giving you time to work this through with support.

Had same problem, couldn't figure it out - why games on whislist are blocked... - thanks @ Washell.

BTW: Who would not like see mature (especially sexual and violent) content by default? what a stupid assumption Steam has made "for me" without even asking first... :nisha:

Well i am having this issue also. I ticked something by mistake, associated with GTA, now a lot of games don't show up because of that.

I tried everything, UN-ticked all options, tried adding options to then remove them to see if it works, nothing. Tried adding games to filter them remove them, tried directly by steam and tried on firefox.
I have no filters applied but still any gta dlc does not appear due to the preference issue.
Have tried to delete cookies and cache, works for a couple of seconds, then the filter comes back.

Tried to open a ticket about preferences, sends me to preferences...

If some one knows how to fix this, please help, because steam does not seem to give a ♥♥♥♥...
