Neteller errors

Hello everyone! I jave a problem where i deposited money to Neteller so I can send it to skrill so I can buy steam games because the skrill for some reason didn't let me to deposit the money straight away... Now i have money stuck at Neteller and i can't do anything about it because i tried literally everything so I wonder can you help me somehow?
