- Generate new backup codes from the first link, and change your password.
And DON'T TRADE until you've actually secured your account. Report, block and remove the person who is telling you to change your API key.That usually results in empty trade offers or trades being redirected to others.
In other cases, the app is being wonky, you'd need to force stop it and clear its cache.
