Question about refunding PENDING gift request...
Ok, so i need help. I waned to buy Elder Scrolls Online for me and my girlfriend because its 9.99 euros now. I have ~20e on credit card. I gifted her copy of a game, problem is, they took 10 dolars from my credit card, i got phone message saying that i have 10 left, i even have transaction ID and everything, but the request is still pending, and she still did not recieve her game. Cant buy it for me because i cant use same credit card that is in use (in this case - processing gift). Question is, can i cancel gift transaction, and get my 9.99 back? And then purchase game from Elder scrolls online OFFICIAL site?? People say its better, every single one suggested me to get the game from official site, because steam has huge login problems. So i decided to do that, but the question still stand, if click "cancel this transaction" will i get my money back or not :) . Yes question is kinda dumb, but im new in "buying online" world so bear with me please

Let the transaction finish pending. It will either succeed or fail. If it succeeds then she gets the game. If it fails then you get your money back.

Afterwards you can put in a refund request with her if you want to get it straight from ESO.

Wait, what you are saying, that if it succeed, i can THEN refound it, she looses the game, i get 10$ back and then i can purchase 2x copies from official ESO site?

Correct. If the transaction finishes successfully she'll get the game.

Then she can authorize a refund, you put in the request, and you can get your money back on your card to buy it wherever you please.
