Strange input delay only in FPS games.
I'm getting this strange input lag only on FPS games like CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch.
My inputs are all delayed when using my keyboard. all my keys take a moment to register, and it takes a moment to register that im not pressing the keys anymore. I'm very confused as to why this is. My connection is fine. I get 30-40ms latency in all games i play.

Disable vsync.

Try with another keyboard if you can first before attempting to fix it by software.

Are you using any *sync options on games or drivers? How's your fps?

my fps is fine. I use a 1070, and im not syncing anything.

Also maybe run some register cleaner just in case? Ccleaner for example.
