Report a translation problem
It's really best to leave it alone.
Some you can change by changing configurations or registery edits or symbolic links. If you just want an easy way to backup these kind of saves, use a savegame manager (first result in google).
If you want to do this manually, you have to find out for each game how to change the default savegame location, as there isn't a 1-solution-to-fix-it-all I can give you. If all developers would decide to use steam cloud or store everthing in my docs/gamesaves/, things would be a lot easier.
