Is there a way to download graphics driver through Steam.
I'm sure I've seen it somewhere.

It was removed. Use the tools provided by nVida or AMD. They work better anyway.

If you have Geforce experience (Nvidia), automatic driver download is included.

The manual tools that you have are more preferred.

Download directly from AMD or Nvidia websites. You do not need the latest driver all the time. Only reasons to install the latet is if you have a game that released after your current driver or if the current driver has bugs. I've gone 6+ months before upgrading drivers with no issues simply because I hadnt purchased anf newly released games.

GeForce Experience will do it for you but unless you use Shadowplay there is no real need to install it.

That may be the case here. Just updated the 7 Days To Die game to Alpha 17 which causes problems that may be related to my AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series where the latest driver released for it was back in 2015.
