Can't sell/buy items again

Hi guys,

I recently had a problem with selling my own items from my inventory.
I just had to buy a game (0,35€) and wait seven days until I was able to do it.
I then decided to sell all my items... it was going well until the Steam blocked the access to the market again, for no reason?
Atm i earned about 2€ and there are still items placed at the market waiting for its buyers.
My question is now:
+Why did Steam blocked the access to the market? (Is it limited how many items I sell/buy from the market? *Thought* )

Since i have steam in german and im lazy, here's translation:
You must have made a valid Steam purchase that is 7 days to a year old and you must not have any recent chargebacks or payment disputes. To remove this restriction ...

It tells you exactly what you need to do.

Add money or buy a cheap game and wait 7 days.

I wasn't able to use the market so how could I do anything? When I bought a game (20.01.19) it said I will be able to buy/sell items on sunday 27.01.19 at ~13:05 o'clock. I did sell items at 18:00 o'clock on sunday when I came back home. And like 1 day later, now, it's blocked, again.

The market is generally not available for me. This is the point. It is kinda dumb that I have to buy cheap games again and again to wait one week until Steam opens me the door to the market. If I expressed myself wrong, I'm sorry for causing misunderstanding.

Your badge shows your last game activation was on Jan 2nd not a week ago https://steamcommunity.com/id/nullias/badges/13 unless you bought something as a gift for someone else.

The market works absolutely fine if you meet the requirements so try and review what you've done, when and if it meets the requirements described.

It seems like Steam did give my money back from the game i bought for 35 cents. Maybe this is why it happened because i don't have it in library anymore XD

Then you have to buy a game again or add wallet funds and then wait a full 7 days again.

Hello guys please help me, i put 5 dollars steam card so 5 dollars in my wallet , then I wanted to sell items but I couldn't , so I bought a game under 5 dollars and then I tried to sell again but still the same problem , it say this account not able to use community market something like that
