How to pimp your profile with widgets

that have, what I call, widgets on them. How do you get them ?

Showcases?

Every 10 Steam levels you get a slot for a showcase.

You get one profile showcase for each ten levels, you reach (by experience through badges, events, etc.). You can select each showcase only once.

there is no "widgets" on a steam profile, that is artwork and other showcase type stuff you can add to your profile after certain levels (as mentioned every 10 steam levels), you can get them buy buying games and badge leveling.
