Report a translation problem
If you need space, uninstall games. Put the things you've downloaded into a zip or 7z file and store them somewhere else so you can unload them and reinstall them more easily later. But you can't just arbitrarily "delete" folders in steam without causing problems later on.
The better solution is to buy a 3TB drive, and put your Steam library on it alone. (mine is getting full lol, but I also have backups and my music on that one too.)
Thanks, but i am aware of these possibilities. I just saw a fresh install of the Steam(Client, not Games) from a friend and it was much cleaner and smaller than mine.
I just wanted to refresh my client installation without reinstalling it because of the mods.
A fresh install of steam would be faster than a 5+ Year old one, thats the only reason I wanted to do this.
